Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €526 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (500€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.

One of our Best Holidays by far
We have just returned from a family holiday and it was one of our best holidays by far.The villa was beautiful, the photos do not do it justice, everything was in the villa you could possibly need and a lovely welcome pack from the owner.The gated pool area was ideal as we had a toddler with us so it could be locked after use.The villa was a ten minute walk into Carvoeiro which was ideal for us.The owner of the villa was such a lovely, kind lady who couldn't do enough for us and wanted our stay to be perfect and it was...she popped round in the week with a homemade cake for us which was divine...thank you so much for letting us have the pleasure of staying in your beautiful villa...we hope to see you again!
First Class Villa
First class villa, well equipped and excellent facilities. Very safe for kids with the pool being behind a lockable gate. Great location, walkable into town for bars, restaurants, shops and beach! Hoping to return !
Villa Filarte
Villa Filarte is in a fantastic position in carvoerio with fantastic views down to the sea with beautiful photo opportunities to take magnificent sunsets. The villa is within 5 minute walk, down hill to shops and restaurants. We arrived to a spotlessly clean villa and a lovely welcoming pack of food and wine, which was very much appreciated. Alex has been a fantastic manager for this villa and is on hand whenever needed. I reluctantly thoroughly recommend this villa, the reason being, I would like to keep it a secret to secure our future bookings. We will definitely be returning soon.

Another 2 wonderful weeks at Casa Filarte
We had a wonderful 2 weeks at Casa Filarte. Its beautiful and extremely well equipped villa. During our stay we had a brief visit from the owner/manager, Luisa. All Luisa wishes is that all is to the clients satisfaction and she encourages clients comments to what she can do to make the experience better. So, thank you Luisa for letting us stay and thank you Alex (Pac4Portugal) for making the booking process so simple and for being at the villa to welcome us on arrival.
Perfect family holiday
This was our first visit to the villa and I hope it will not be our last. We had a perfect family holiday with our grown up children and partners and almost a 2 year old. She loved the pool and little grass area in the morning. Everything was perfect for our family visit. We were amazed by the view and happy just sitting on the terrace, looking at the sea.

We have been coming to Casa Filarte on and off since 2016 and will continue to return. The villa itself is beautiful, modern and with traditional touches and in a great location. It has everything you could need and a beautiful view from the garden. The owners and staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thank you for having us over the years and we’ll see you again in summer 2023.

Had a fantastic stay at Casa Filarte. Spotless on arrival and provided with plenty of towels/sun loungers. Several in our party had stayed there before and no doubt we will again. Couldn’t fault it .

This villa is very well equipped with beautiful views and very spacious living areas and bedrooms. We received a very warm welcome and were very well looked after. Will definitely be back.
Location Location Location
Having visited Carvoeiro many times this is by far the best located villa we have stayed in. You are 2 mins to a small supermarket bars and restaurants with a further 10 mins walk downhill ( it takes a little longer coming back up the hill!)into the town square and Carvoeiro beach, and a 10 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you to the beautiful Centianes beach. The villa itself beautifully located with great views, very clean and modern with everything you need provided. The welcome pack a great touch as we arrived fairly late so this was very much appreciated. Thanks to Alex for arranging everything we'll definitely see you again
