Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €524 is due.
Notes
The damage deposit needs to be paid in Euros (500€), in cash in the moment of the arrival. When you return home we will need your bank details and subject to any breakages we will transfer the monies back to you in your home currency.
Now compulsory as by Portuguese law for all the clients staying in a AL registered property to pay a tourist tax. We are obliged to collect on arrival in cash 2 euros per person applicable to all aged 13 and over, for a maximum of 7 days. We in turn then have to pay the Portuguese authorities as instructed to us by them.
